Raising Rainbows is the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) offered at
various elementary schools in Irvine. "Expanded learning" means after-school, summer, or intersession learning programs that focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences.

It will also focus on AI to stay up to date with technology and provide opportunities for students to understand AI better.
