Vital Link is offering a FREE women in STEM night open to all high school and college girls interested in careers in STEM on Thursday, April 23, 2025 from 5:30-8 PM at Fullerton College. Students have the chance to meet our community college partners will host a booth with their STEM programs, where students can learn about the programs they offer & meet industry professionals at the roundtable mentor sessions.
Carnival Cruise Line is happy to announce we are hosting a local summer jobs program in your area for rising high school students at least 17 years old.
The Carnival Fun-ternship Program is a six-week, paid internship that allows students to gain hands-on experience at Carnival cruise terminal operations, working alongside our port services team. It’s a unique opportunity for students to learn about the inner workings of our homeport operations. The internship will help them develop valuable real-world skills, boost their confidence and explore careers in an industry that drives local economies. The program runs from June 21 to August 2, 2025, and in addition to an hourly wage, participants will engage in experiences like a cruise ship tour and lunch and learn career development sessions.

The Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD) is deeply committed to addressing the pressing challenges of food insecurity, health disparities, and educational equity within our community. Through the strategic expansion of our Community Schools, we are dedicated to enhancing both the educational outcomes and the well-being of our students and their families.
As participants, interns will collaborate closely with the AUHSD Community Schools and the Family and Community Engagement staff to develop, support, and implement sustainable food pantries across our district. These initiatives are crucial for providing healthy food options to our students and families, tackling
the critical issue of food insecurity, and promoting overall health and wellness within our community.
To be considered for this internship, candidates must satisfy the criteria listed below:
- A resident of Anaheim
- Age requirement: 16-22 years old (under 18 must possess a valid work permit)
- Authorized to work in the United States
