The Carnival Fun-ternship Program is a six-week, paid internship that allows students to gain hands-on experience at Carnival cruise terminal operations, working alongside our port services team. It’s a unique opportunity for students to learn about the inner workings of our homeport operations. The internship will help them develop valuable real-world skills, boost their confidence and explore careers in an industry that drives local economies. The program runs from June 21 to August 2, 2025, and in addition to an hourly wage, participants will engage in experiences like a cruise ship tour and lunch and learn career development sessions.
